
Masala Coffee

A spiced coffee that combines bold flavors with traditional Indian spices.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup freshly brewed Happi Kaapi coffee
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
- A pinch of nutmeg
- 1 tsp jaggery or sugar (optional)
- 1/2 cup warm milk (optional)
Instructions:
- Brew your Happi Kaapi coffee.
- In a small saucepan, heat the milk (if using) and mix in the spices and jaggery until dissolved.
- Combine the spiced milk with the brewed coffee.
- Stir well, pour into a cup, and savor the aromatic flavors.
