A high-energy coffee packed with healthy fats, perfect for a morning boost.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup freshly brewed Happi Kaapi coffee
- 1–2 tsp unsalted butter or ghee
- 1 tsp coconut oil or MCT oil
- Optional: A pinch of cinnamon or cardamom powder
Instructions:
- Brew a cup of Happi Kaapi coffee using your preferred method.
- Add the butter/ghee and coconut oil to the coffee.
- Blend using a blender until frothy.
- Pour into a mug, sprinkle with cinnamon or cardamom, and enjoy!
